February 2, 2024 was one of the most important days of my musical life, since I won the World Entertainment Awards in Hollywood, in the category Best Orchestral Composition, with my composition “El bazar de los milagros”, which is part of my work 1272 Molina Eterna.
It all took place at The Big Bourbon Room Theatre, on the Hollywood/Vine Walk of Fame. The gala lasted from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., presented by actress and presenter Athenna Crosby and Grammy-nominated singer Cheri Moon. The World Entertainment Awards reach 120 awards/categories, ranging from best actor, actress, writer, film legend, music of all genres, influencers, podcasts, entertainment programs, etc. The gala was also enlivened every few awards, by guest artists, some of them also nominated.
My category was Best Orchestral Composition, and it was one of the greatest moments that music has given me, accompanied by my family, we really enjoyed it. There I met the also nominated and award-winning Cuban Alexis Martínez (Best Tropical Song) based in Canada, Jonathan Acosta (Best Latin Song), Venezuelan based in the USA (Washington DC) and Joseph Lu (Best Piano Song) Italian. Likewise to a great Brazilian singer, my dear friend Sergio Pereira (winner of Best Tropical Album).
